Privacy Policy
Short version: there are no accounts, no tracking pixels, and no advertising network. Here is everything that gets stored.
What we store
- Listings. The URL or @handle you submit, the category you pick, and the title, description and icon read from that page. All of this is public by design.
- Payments. The amount, the network, the transaction hash, and the sending address. These are already public facts on a public blockchain; we record them so ranks can be audited.
- Clicks. A counter per listing, and a timestamp per click. No IP address, no user agent, no cookie, and nothing tying a click to a person.
- Visits. A random id generated in your browser and kept in local storage, plus the time it was last seen. It powers the visitor count and the “online now” number. It is not linked to anything about you, and clearing site data clears it.
What we do not store
No accounts, no passwords, no email addresses, no card details, no advertising or analytics trackers, and no cross-site cookies. We never take custody of funds and we hold no keys — payments go straight to the receiving address on chain.
Wallet addresses
When you pay, the sending address is recorded with the payment. A wallet address is pseudonymous but not anonymous. If you would rather it not be associated with a listing, pay from an address you do not mind publishing.
Third parties
- Public blockchain nodes, to read the transaction that confirms a payment.
- A favicon service, to show an icon next to a listing. Your browser requests those images directly.
- A web font provider, for the typeface on this site.
Removal
Listings and their payment history are public records of the board and stay visible. If a listing needs to come down for a legal reason, get in touch and we will look at it.
